General Terms and Conditions

$500 non-refundable deposit will reserve your date.  The deposit is applied to the balance of your event.

Payment is due as follows:
60% of balance is due three months prior to event date.  Final payment is due three weeks prior to event.

We accept Visa, Mastercard & Discover, check, money order and cash.

Final guest count is due three weeks prior to event.

Mileage is charged for events outside Atascosa County.
