General Terms and Conditions

$500 non-refundable deposit will reserve your date.  The deposit is applied to the balance of your event.

Payment is due as follows:
40% of balance is due two months prior to event date.  Final payment is due three weeks prior to event.

We accept Visa, Mastercard & Discover, check, money order and cash.

Final guest count is due three weeks prior to event.

Cancellations must be made 21 days prior to event.  Client is responsible for full balance for any
cancellations made after that.

Mileage is charged for events outside Atascosa County.

A contract detailing agreed upon services will be provided.
